An optimized build of FL Rig 1.3.49 and FLDigi 4.1.09 on top of an updated Raspbian Buster img, updated as of last week January 2020 in a Raspberry Pi 4B. Following basically the instructions for FLDigi 4.1.08 in a 3B+ as in http://www.kk5jy.net.
